Job description

WNM ESHOP.COM SDN BHD is a major player among smart home and karaoke system brands in the market, offering candidates the opportunity to learn about and discover innovative automation technology. The brand managed and owned by WNM includes SmartZone Smart Home and KaraBest Karaoke System.

Key responsibilities

1. Follow up on project status and conduct site visits.
2. Install, configure, and integrate various smart home devices, including lighting, security, climate control, and entertainment systems.
3. Provide excellent customer service by guiding customers through setup and operation.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Maintain accurate records of installations and service activities.
6. Prepare M&E diagrams and meet with related parties; enhance technical knowledge throughout the process.
7. Perform quality control to ensure hardware functions properly.
8. Perform other tasks as assigned.

What we're looking for

• Strong technical knowledge of smart home technologies, including automation, security, and multimedia systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer sites.
• Apprentice or entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply; candidates with experience in IT, audiovisual installation, M&E, or related fields will be prioritized.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Melayu is required for effective communication with diverse clients.
• Willing to work in Taman Maluri, Cheras, or Semenyih, Selangor.
