Job summary

A leading banking group in Malaysia seeks a Senior Manager in Reporting, Analytics, and Financial Control of Liquidity and Balance Sheet Management. The successful candidate will manage LCR and NSFR reporting processes, ensure compliance with regulations, and enhance reporting systems. This role requires strong analytical skills, substantial experience in banking operations, and relevant professional qualifications.

Qualifications

  • About 7 years’ working experience in regulatory reporting and corporate treasury.
  • Working knowledge of KRM system and SQL language preferred.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office; analytical and good with situational modeling.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute monthly processes for LCR reporting.
  • Undertake functions on reporting of NSFR for regulatory submission.
  • Perform simulation and scenario analysis on LCR and NSFR metrics.

Are you up for the challenge as Senior Manager – Reporting, Analytics and Financial Control of Liquidity and Balance Sheet Management atAmBank Group?

Job Responsibilities:

· Manage and execute the monthly processes and workflows for Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR) reporting - for banks at entity and consolidated level

· Undertake functions on reporting of Net Stable Funding Ratio (NSFR) for regulatory submission and perform internal analysis to ensure compliance and optimisation

· Review new and changes in requirements from regulatory and prudential supervisory authority and implement the updates

· Involved in projects to deliver enhancements to reports in the KRM platform, including in deriving functional specifications, and performing testing

· Involved in performing simulation and scenario analysis on LCR, NSFR and other liquidity and funding related metrics

· Involved in enhancements of asset-liability management, balance sheet management and funds transfer pricing related systems and platforms

· Carry out roles as the secretariat of the Group Assets and Liabilities Committee and as the financial controller for the balance sheet management cost centres

Job Requirements:

· Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Management Information System

· Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA or FCA will be an added advantage

· About 7 years’ working experience in regulatory reporting, corporate treasury, asset liability/ balance sheet management, market and liquidity risk

· Working knowledge related to KRM system and SQL language preferred

· Highly proficient with Microsoft Office; analytical and good with situational modeling

· Technology / Banking operations knowledge on a wider scale is an added advantage

· Candidates with fewer years of working experience may be considered for a Manager position or commensurate
