Qualifications

• Experience in facial or beauty industry is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training provided).

• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional facial treatments according to SOP.
• Conduct skin analysis and explain treatments to customers.
• Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are clean and hygienic.
• Recommend suitable skincare products and treatment plans.
• Build good relationships with customers through excellent service.
• Maintain accurate treatment records.
• Work closely with consultants and therapists to achieve customer satisfaction.
