Needs Analysis: Assess customers’ needs and goals together with Doctor, provide professional recommendations on relevant treatment packages and products to patients.

Treatment Planning: Develop and explain customized treatment plans (skincare, aesthetics, wellness) in collaboration with the supervising Doctor.

Treatment Delivery: Provide hands-on face and body treatments and ensure high standards of safety and effectiveness.

Client Education: Provide treatment, product, and aftercare information. Follow up with customers, and encourage them for frequent treatments to ensure better results.

Client Relationships: Build trust and provide excellent customer service.

Sales: Present treatment plans and product recommendations.

Record Keeping: Document client information accurately and confidentially.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team members and Service Care Manager to ensure sales objective is achieved.

Other Duties : Any other task as assigned by Superior.
