Job summary

Blue print properties sdn bhd in Malaysia is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to safely operate backhoes and tractors on construction sites. A valid Heavy Equipment Operator certification or equivalent, a CIDB card, and a current driving licence for heavy machinery are required.

Minimum three years of proven on-site experience is essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of health and safety regulations, excellent spatial awareness, and good hand-eye coordination

Qualifications

Valid Heavy Equipment Operator certification or equivalent
Current driving licence appropriate for heavy machinery operation
Minimum 3 years of proven experience operating backhoe and tractor equipment on construction sites
Have CIDB card
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and construction site protocols
Excellent spatial awareness and hand-eye coordination for precise machinery operation
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment
Reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic
Experience with routine equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting is desirable
