You’ll work closely with our project team to coordinate on-site operations, manage subcontractors, and ensure that every detail aligns with our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Based in Yan, Kedah – oversee on-site supervision for building and infrastructure works.
• Supervise and monitor daily site activities according to drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
• Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Prepare daily site reports on progress, manpower, machinery, and materials.
• Verify work measurements for claims and payments.
• Resolve technical and site-related issues promptly.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and site safety practices.

Skills and Experience

• Qualifications: Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or equivalent.
• SPM/STPM holders with solid construction experience may be considered.
• Must possess a valid CIDB Green Card.

• Experience: 2–5 years of experience supervising building and infrastructure works.
• Familiar with structural, architectural, and M&E coordination.
• Experience in earthworks, roadworks, drainage, and utility projects is an advantage.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and site workers.

• Technical Skills: Ability to interpret drawings and specifications accurately.
• Strong knowledge of materials, construction methods, and quality standards.
• Understanding of workplace safety and site enforcement.
• Familiar with surveying, setting-out, and progress monitoring.

• Soft Skills: Strong leadership and team management; excellent communication (written and spoken); sound problem-solving and decision-making ability; well-organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.

Other Requirements

• Willing to work long or irregular hours when required.
• Physically fit for site supervision.
• Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel outstation.
