Job Descriptions:

• Involvedin the construction and renovation jobs together with the subordinates
• Oversee day-to-day operations at renovation sites
• Supervise and coordinategeneral workers and subcontractors
• Ensure work is completedaccording to plans, specifications, and timelines
• Monitor site safetyand enforce compliance with safety regulations
• Responsible inmanage materialdeliveries andequipment usage
• Identify and resolveon-site issues promptly
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and suppliers
• Maintain accurate records of site activities and progress
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met

Skills and personalities:

• At least 3 years experiencesas a site supervisor or similar role inconstruction/renovation
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
