Job description

Warehouse Management: Responsible for daily warehouse operations including receiving and issuing of materials and equipment. Ensure all items are accurately recorded, neatly organized, and stored in accordance with warehouse standards.

Material Handling & Record Keeping: Follow proper procedures for receiving and dispatching items. Maintain accurate inventory records, ensure items follow “first-in, first-out” principles, and are clearly classified and labeled.

Inventory Control & Stocktaking: Conduct regular inventory checks. Coordinate with the finance department for stock reconciliation. Prevent stock overages, shortages, or expirations.

Purchasing Coordination: Collaborate with the procurement team by providing up-to-date stock data and restocking suggestions. Assist in goods receipt and inspection processes.

Report Management: Update and maintain detailed records such as in-out logs, inventory summaries, and transfer documents. Ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Safety Compliance: Implement safety protocols in the warehouse, including fire prevention, moisture protection, and safe use of electrical equipment. Ensure zero-accident operation.

Logistics Support: As the project department expands, coordinate the transfer of materials and delivery of equipment across multiple warehouse locations to improve operational efficiency and service quality.

Job Requirements:

Education level not restricted.

Familiar with warehouse management procedures; able to use basic office software (Excel/Word, etc.).

Candidates with experience in construction or engineering project warehouse management will have an advantage.

Detail-oriented, responsible, able to follow instructions, and adaptable to work relocation based on project needs.

Strong data management and communication skills are required.

At least 2 years of experience in warehouse or on-site operations preferred.
