SITE SUPERVISOR/SITE SURVEY/SITE ENGINEER

Coordinate, supervise, and execute construction activities.

Inspect and control the quality of construction works.

Supervise subcontractors to complete the project on time while meeting quality and cost requirements.

Check construction works to ensure they conform to the latest drawings and specifications.

Resolve discrepancies between structural and architectural drawings and other construction details.

Review subcontractor progress claims based on actual work done.

Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Possess at least a Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project.
• Ability to coordinate on-site activities and work under minimal supervision and pressure.
• Good time management skills to meet deadlines.
• Languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English; knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage.
