Job description

- Managing site-related matters including site work arrangement, leading of site workers, coordination with sub-con, execution of work.

- Taking site progress pictures, checking and taking site measurements. Ensuring the company's machinery, tools, and equipment are properly handled and well maintained.

- Liaise and coordinate with suppliers, trade contractors, and office team to ensure the project is delivered in a timely and quality manner.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of related working experience.

- Those without formal qualifications but have experience will also be considered.

- Relevant working experience in renovation work and coordination.

- Possess technical knowledge and capability to solve technical and site issues.

- Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

- Strong communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.

- Salary package will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
