We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to supervise and manage on-site renovation activities, ensuring seamless execution of projects while maintaining quality and safety standards. Job Responsibilities

Oversee and manage on-site renovation activities to ensure quality and efficiency.

Ensure all work complies with design specifications, project timelines, and quality standards.

Coordinate with team members and external contractors to ensure seamless project execution.

Site Inspections & Problem-Solving

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress and quality control.

Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Reporting & Resource Management

Prepare and submit site reports and documentation on work progress.

Manage site resources efficiently to optimize project outcomes.

Assist in tracking materials, labor, and equipment usage to maintain cost-effectiveness.

Requirements & Qualifications

Candidates with a qualification in Project Management are encouraged to apply.

Experience in site coordination, renovation, or construction is a plus.
