SITE SUPERVISOR (LANDSKAP - TREE CUTTING)

We are an established and expanding Infrastructure Construction company in Seri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur, seeking potential candidates with experience in Landscaping to be part of our valued team.

Job Highlights:

Salary negotiable based on experiences.

Able to start immediately will be an added advantage.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Managing workers involved in tree-cutting.
2. Conducting site meetings, site evaluations, and inspections.
3. Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
4. Able to work under minimum supervision.
5. Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
6. Managing and supervising day-to-day project activities to ensure projects are executed and on schedule.
7. Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
8. Ensuring tools, machinery, and materials are available and well-maintained.
9. Liaising with QS on measurement, progress claims, payments, variation orders, daily work, etc.
10. Safekeeping progression of site photos & keeping record of work progress.
11. Willing to operate at site.
