Job Responsibilities: Experience 3 years or above in managing projects, with a proven track record of delivery. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a big plus. Familiar with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards. Able to work with multiple discipline projects. Able to lead and make correct decisions. Excellent time management and organization skills. Good project management and supervision skills. Willing to travel. Must have own transportation. Skills: Microsoft Project or other equivalent project planning software skills. Consult clients for solutions that fulfill the requirements for their business processes. Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned site projects. Work closely with Interior Designer / Quantity Surveyor on design, specification, and contract execution. Assess business implications for each project phase and monitor progress to meet deadlines, standards, and cost targets. Activity and resource planning for the in-house agile development team to implement the end-to-end solution. Control project costs by approving expenditures and administering contractor contracts. Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends, recommending actions. Liaise with all the relevant authorities and utility companies on all the necessary approvals including liaisons after office hours. Control quality and workmanship of construction. Assist in overall project implementation, site construction (interior design) & renovation. Monitor sub-contractors' work in site-work sequence, method of construction, and quality control.
