- Completion of a post-secondary education construction training program is a bonus.
- Possesses at least Diploma's or Bachelor's degree in construction management, construction science, civil engineering, or related field is preferred.
- Possesses at least 2 years experience in Interior Designer
- Proven experience working as a site supervisor.
- Have knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.
- Have knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
- The ability to interpret blueprints.
- Outstanding leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

1. Site Supervision Assistance
- Assist in supervising and coordinating daily activities of site workers, contractors, and tradespeople.
- Support senior site supervisors in monitoring work progress to ensure compliance with project plans and timelines.
- Conduct preliminary checks to ensure adherence to design specifications.
2. Quality Assurance Support
- Assist in inspecting work to maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Report any issues related to workmanship or materials to the senior site supervisor or project manager.
- Participate in resolving minor site issues under supervision.
3. Health & Safety Support
- Promote adherence to safety protocols among workers and contractors.
- Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure safety guidelines are followed.
- Assist in conducting safety briefings and documenting hazard assessments.
- Report safety concerns and assist in coordinating first aid treatment in emergencies.
4. Project Monitoring & Reporting
- Document and report daily site activities, including work progress, delays, and incidents, to the senior site supervisor.
- Assist in tracking project milestones and timelines, providing updates to ensure project goals are met.
- Maintain accurate site logs and records for reference and reporting.
5. Material & Equipment Management
- Help coordinate the receipt and inspection of materials delivered to the site.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining inventory records for tools, equipment, and materials.
- Ensure proper handling and secure storage of tools and materials under guidance.
6. Coordination and Communication
- Serve as a point of contact for workers and contractors, relaying instructions from the senior site supervisor or project manager.
- Help facilitate communication between on-site teams to maintain smooth operations.
- Support efforts to address worker or contractor concerns promptly.
