Responsibilities
  • Produce design concept, sketches, space planning, detailed CAD drawings, layout plans and working drawings.
  • To undertake all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior and the management.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is carried out to the highest quality and in accordance with the design plan.
  • Liaising with vendors/supplier representatives for ID materials, finishes, FF&E specifications.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies on-site promptly.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily site activities, progress reports, and any changes or issues encountered.
  • Ensure workmanship meets required quality standards, design intent, and specifications.
Requirements
  • Candidate must posses at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Degree, preferably in Architecture, Interior Design and Construction Management.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of working experience as interior designer & site management.
  • Able to prepare 2D drawings, technical skill, furniture layout and 3D visuals with 3D Max Vray/Corona or other software.
  • Good on design idea and concept into design details.
  • Passion in work, fast learner, open minded, wiling to learn & can work independently & as a team to meet datelines.
  • Strong creative sense, understanding of construction processes, materials, and quality standards.
  • Sound technical knowledge and capable in solving technical and site issues.
  • Willing to travel, preferably possess own transport.
