Job description

We are a manufacturer of custom-made furniture located at Subang Bestari, Selangor. We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor in the furniture renovation industry to join our team.

Site Supervisor Responsibilities include:

1. Conduct preliminary site protection work.
2. Coordinate with contractors and workers to ensure smooth project progress and timely handover.
3. Collaborate with designers to resolve technical challenges and optimize project outcomes.
4. Participate in joint inspections with clients and designers during project handover.
5. Communicate project updates and progress with designers and report to management.
6. Compile and analyze project data to prepare comprehensive reports for management.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in a related field.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Strong sense of responsibility, highly motivated, independent, pleasant personality, and good attitude.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the design and renovation industry.
• Willing to learn and improve over time.
• Possess own transport.
• Preferably able to communicate in Chinese, Malay, and English.
