• Prepare daily progress reports and conduct inspections.
• Ensure compliance with safety and statutory requirements.

Job description

To supervise, monitor, and coordinate daily construction works according to the contract, drawings, and specifications.

Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure smooth workflow.

Prepare and update daily site progress reports, verify progress reports, and attend site meetings.

Ensure all works are executed in compliance with drawings, specifications, procedures, and schedules.

Carry out periodic and random inspections and tests.

Ensure materials delivered conform to approved specifications and that quantities on site match records.

Liaise with contractors, consultants, and others; notify management of discrepancies or non-compliance.

Maintain site safety and adhere to statutory requirements.

Upon each stage completion, conduct thorough checks and ensure all defects are rectified (up to liability period).

Update and document site progress with photos in TEAMS application, and inform superiors and designated designers.

Perform any other tasks as assigned by management.
