Overview

As a Site Supervisor (ID Construction) at Pena Builders Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of interior design and fit-out construction projects. Working on a full-time basis in Penang, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality ID works — from structural detailing to finishing touches — while promoting a safe, efficient, and well-coordinated work environment.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities for interior fit-out and renovation works.
• Monitor workmanship, finishes, and quality to ensure compliance with ID drawings, details, and specifications.
• Liaise with designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to resolve site and design-related issues promptly.
• Ensure materials, joinery, carpentry, M&E works, and finishing details meet project requirements and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to track progress, material usage, and workmanship quality.
• Enforce workplace safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe site environment.
• Prepare and update site reports, progress records, and project documentation.
• Manage and allocate workforce effectively, ensuring subcontractors perform according to schedule.
• Coordinate with the project team to achieve timely handover of interior works within budget and timeframe.
