Job description

Site Supervisor (Extra Low Voltage System)

• Supervise construction works and projects at site, including supervising general workers and monitoring subcontractors to meet the proposed schedule.

• Review and study drawings to ensure work accuracy and efficiency.

• Assist and report to the Project Manager and attend site meetings as necessary to liaise effectively with all levels of management and consultants for smooth project progress.

• Monitor site materials.

• Prepare related documents, e.g., site daily reports, weekly reports, RFIW (inspection forms), and provide timely updates on work to superiors or management.

• Perform site inspections with the clerk of work and main contractor.

• Attend weekly site meetings.

Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in a relevant field OR have at least two (2) years of working experience, preferably in an Extra Low Voltage (ELV) construction environment.

• Have good self-discipline, accountability, and the ability to work under pressure.

• Effective site management skills and knowledge in reading construction plans.

• Prefer candidates with strong interpersonal skills and good communication with all parties on the construction site.

• Possess a positive attitude and willingness to encourage co-workers.

• Possess own transport and willing to travel.

• Able to start work immediately.
