SITE SUPERVISOR/DRIVER

SOLGEN (M) SDN BHD - Solar Design and Installation Company

This is a full-time position for either a Site Supervisor or Driver at SOLGEN (M) SDN BHD, a startup solar company based in Kuala Lumpur. The role involves overseeing on-site construction activities or managing transportation logistics, depending on the position. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities as a Supervisor

1. Supervise and coordinate construction teams, including tradespeople, laborers, and subcontractors.
2. Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and manage delays.
3. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
4. Communicate with clients, architects, and stakeholders regarding project updates and concerns.
5. Travel to different states in Malaysia as required for project needs.

Responsibilities as a Driver

1. Transport materials, equipment, and personnel to and from sites using company vehicles.
2. Perform vehicle maintenance and inspections.
3. Support construction project logistics and operations.

Qualifications for Supervisor

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in construction management or as a Site Supervisor.
2. Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety, especially electrical wiring.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings.
5. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications for Driver

1. Valid Malaysian driver’s license and experience driving light commercial vehicles.
2. Responsible attitude and punctuality.
