About the role

We are expanding Zense Team, and looking for Site Supervisor who has experience in site project management and Interior Designing.

What you'll be doing

Monitoring project progress, quality, and safety to ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and safety regulations

Prior to commencing work, site person are able to study the drawing and to engage in a preliminary round of discussion & briefing together with designer.

Prepare daily /weekly / monthly site report, take site progress pictures, keep all the site records and documents for reference

Ensure smooth progress of the project through close liaison and coordination with sub-contractors, carpentry and relevant authorities, responsible of installation arrangement, control of renovation and interior design related works.

Attending various meetings, including site meetings with clients and kickoff meetings with subcontractors

Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise on site in a timely and efficient manner

Involve in order material, arrange workers schedule and material deliveries/logistic arrangement, supervise progress at the project site to ensure that project is completed within stipulated time.

What we're looking for

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma ,Professional Certificate, or equivalent in Architecture/ Design / related to Construction

Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role in the industry

knowledge in study drawings including 2D & 3D perspective, layout plan, and detailed drawings, and material application. Plus point if have Autocad knowledge

Hard working, excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills,

Ability to lead and motivate construction teams to achieve project goals on time.
