Job summary

A leading company in property development is seeking a Civil Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day construction activities and ensure compliance with project specifications. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing subcontractors, conducting inspections, and maintaining project quality, requiring at least 3 years of relevant experience and a diploma in a related field.

Job description

Oversee and manage day-to-day site activities to ensure construction progresses according to schedule and project specifications.

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and workers to maintain smooth workflow and meet project milestones.

Monitor construction quality, ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.

Conduct daily site inspections, track work progress, and maintain accurate site records and reports.

Review and interpret construction drawings and plans, ensuring works are executed in line with design and contractual requirements.

Plan and allocate resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to optimize site efficiency.

Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly, mitigate potential risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Lead and mentor junior site staff, providing clear guidance, training, and support as needed.

Facilitate regular site meetings and report updates to the project manager or upper management.

Ensure the site is clean, safe, and compliant with regulatory standards at all times.

Prepare internal and external reports on job status, risks, and progress for stakeholders.

Ensure quality standards and construction techniques are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Undertake any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the superior to support successful project delivery.

REQUIREMENT OF THIS ROLE

· Minimum Diploma in construction management, architecture, engineering, quantity survey or related field

· Minimum 3 years experience

· Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods

· Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards

· Excellent time and project management skills

· Willing to travel due to project needs

· Required Autocad
