Job description

We are hiring Site Supervisors / Assistant Project Managers / Technicians to assist in managing and coordinating on-site activities for data center projects, ensuring smooth and timely execution. This is a full-time position in Johor Bahru & Kuala Lumpur. No prior experience is required for this role — we provide full training and guidance to support your development.

What you'll be doing

1. Supervising and coordinating construction activities on-site to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards
2. Monitoring and managing project timelines, resources and budgets
3. Identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that arise during construction
4. Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
5. Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
6. Providing technical support and guidance to the construction team
7. Documenting project progress and preparing detailed reports
