Job summary

A leading company in property development is looking for an experienced Architectural Supervisor to oversee construction activities. The ideal candidate will ensure all work complies with design specifications and project timelines. This role requires at least a diploma in Architecture and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.

Qualifications

• At least a Diploma in Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years related working experience within the Construction Industry.

Responsibilities

• Check all construction drawings for compliance with specifications.
• Oversee and manage on-site renovation activities.
• Monitor the performance of subcontractors to ensure quality control.

Job description

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Architecture or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years related working experience within the Construction Industry.

Good communication skills, positive working attitude, punctuality with high responsibility, and able to work independently.

Able to resolve issues on drawing board and onsite.

Understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

Job Description

Check all detail construction drawings, ensure work complies with the latest construction drawings and specifications.

Check all dimensions between architectural and structural drawings and ensure all information is complete.

Highlight discrepancies, report and discuss such discrepancies with Project Manager.

Oversee and manage on-site renovation activities to ensure quality and efficiency.

Ensure all work complies with design specifications, project timelines, and quality standards.

Coordinate with team members and external contractors to ensure seamless project execution.

Manage site resources efficiently to optimize project outcomes.

Assist in tracking materials, labor, and equipment usage to maintain cost-effectiveness.

Review project plan and approve architectural specifications contained in the plan.

Monitor the performance of subcontractors to ensure that all job pass quality control procedures and that all requirements are carried out.

Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
