Site Supervisor (Architectural - Based in Lintas Site)

About the role

KTI Landmark Berhad is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor (Architectural) to join our team based in Lintas Site, Sabah. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all on-site construction activities to ensure the successful and timely delivery of our architectural projects.

What you'll be doing

Supervising and coordinating the work of construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

Monitoring and reporting on project progress, and identifying and resolving any issues or delays

Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

Liaising with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to address design and technical queries

Overseeing the procurement and distribution of materials, tools, and equipment

Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout the construction process

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar construction supervisory role

Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering architectural construction projects

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders

Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure

Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications

Experience with construction management software and tools

Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field
