Job summary

A leading construction firm in Penang seeks a Site Engineer to manage on-site operations and ensure safety. Candidates must possess a diploma or SPM, own transport, and be proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Hokkien. Familiarity with AutoCAD and construction site experience is a plus. The role requires independent work and good interpersonal skills, especially in tough conditions.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate with all level of site personnel.

Responsibilities

• Report to Project Manager on site matters and progress.
• Ensure safety on site and manage workers.
• Monitor site progress.
• Monitor material usage.
• Manage site workers as needed.
• Work at construction site under hot weather.

• Able to read and is familiar with AutoCAD drawing; construction site would be an added advantage.
