Job summary

NCT PMC SDN BHD is seeking a on-site Civil Construction Supervisor to coordinate all activities at the Sepang site. You will monitor progress, supervise subcontractors, and ensure professional execution of works in accordance with plans.

The role requires a Diploma in Civil Engineering and 2-5 years of relevant experience, with proficiency in reading drawings and MS Project. Independent work capability and strict safety adherence are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or related discipline is required.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in reading structural drawings, plans, coordinate and supervise site installation work.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiar with MS Project.

Job description

Responsible for coordination and proactive management of all activities on site including site progress, sub-contractors’ performance and site organization.

Review, evaluate and monitoring the contractors’ plans and physical progress to ensure its completion.

Ensure contractors work are sound and they are executed in the most professional manner.

Supervise construction and civil works on site.

Material delivery projection and wastage control.

Schedule, control and monitor the daily usage of plant and machinery.

Monitor site safety; to ensure workers comply with Safety Regulation.

Requirements:

A recognized Diploma in Civil Engineering or related discipline.

2-5 years relevant working experience.

Experience in reading structural drawing, plans, coordinate and supervise site installation work.

Familiar with MS Project.

Capable of working independently and handling correspondence work with minimum supervision.
