About the role

As a Site Supervisor at DKSB ENGINEERING, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of projects as a Water Pump Service Provider. This full-time position, based in Seri Kembangan, Selangor, involves overseeing daily site operations, managing the project team, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the project team, including subcontractors and vendors, to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Monitor and report on project progress, addressing issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure all permits, approvals, and safety protocols are in place and adhered to on-site.
• Implement and enforce safety policies to protect the team and the public.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues and implement solutions.

What we're looking for

• Minimum of 5 years' proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Project Coordinator in the water and waste engineering industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of water pumps and building maintenance.
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize, delegate, and innovate.
• Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
