Intentec is growing and is looking for aSite Supervisor

Your priority is to ensure the safety of passengers and technical stakeholders by safely maintaining a portfolio of elevator and escalator units.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure all servicing, replacements, repairs and troubleshooting work are diligently and professionally performed according to the Company's maintenance program and work schedule.
• Report all abnormal findings to superior, and or Engineer for further action.
• Ensure that all works performed (i.e. Servicing, parts replacement, repairs and breakdown) are accompanied by relevant job-sheet acknowledged by the respective customer.
• Attend as soon as reasonably possible, all breakdown callback assignments. Priority is to be given for 'man trap' situation.
• Perform other repair works as instructed by the Superior and or Engineer.
• From time to time may be required to attend 24-hour Breakdown Callbacks (standby duties).
• Any other duties that may be given by the Superior from time to time.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM, preferably with Technical certificate
• Basic Electrical, Electronic and or Mechanical knowledge with 1 year related experience.
• Able to trouble shoot and solve technical problem will have added advantage.
• Familiar of lift and escalator operation.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Results-driven and committed.
• Comfortable dealing with customers
