Overview

EHSAN PANTAS SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Bera, Pahang. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

What you\'ll be doing

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure work is carried out according to project specifications, drawings, JKR standards, and safety requirements.
• Ensure proper site documentation, including daily site reports, progress records, and material usage reports.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors, suppliers, and workers to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Monitoring progress and quality of work, and identifying and resolving any issues that arise
• Communicating regularly with the project manager & engineers, consultants, clients and other stakeholders
• Providing guidance and support to the construction team to ensure the successful delivery of projects
• Manage and control site resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to reduce wastage and improve efficiency.
• Any other tasks assigned by the Project Manager

What we\'re looking for

• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in JKR roadwork projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, methods and materials
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients and other stakeholders
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications
• Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations and best practices
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Willing to work at site location and travel when required.
• Possess valid driving license and own transport.
