Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of site experience in construction.
• Candidates with SPM and 7 to 8 years of relevant site experience accepted.
• Proficient in operating dumpy level preferred.

• Possess a Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering/ Building Construction or related field.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of site experience in building construction / commercial construction projects, or a similar role.
• Candidates with SPM qualification and at least 7 to 8 years of relevant site experience are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in operating dumpy level is an added advantage.
• Willing to work on-site.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities to ensure adherence to plan, quality standards, and safety protocols.
• Conduct inspections to verify material quality and compliance with project specifications.
• Document daily site activities and prepare monthly work progress reports, as well as daily reports/site diaries.
• Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and team members to streamline project execution.
