• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering / Building / Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• Good technical knowledge and hands on experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients and consultants and coordination of sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Self-motivated and result oriented team player with good coordination, managementand leadership qualities.
• Based in Johor Bahru
• Senior and junior positions available.
• Site supervision works and monitoring of site work progress.
• Monitor all site testing works in compliance with contract.
• Prepare work progress report and related site paperwork.
• Liaise with nominated sub-contractors.
• Any other duties deemed necessary or instructed by Superior.
• Monitor and report on site activities to Project Manager or other senior managers as required.
• Able to work with minimal supervision, fast learner, self-starter, have a good sense of responsibilities.
• Strong work ethic and self-motivated to complete task.
• Have problem solving skills.
