About the role

CAPITAL PM SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team in Kuching, Sarawak. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction site operations and ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in the successful delivery of our construction projects.

What you'll be doing

• Supervising and coordinating the work of construction crews to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Monitoring site safety and compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns that arise
• Preparing and maintaining detailed records of site activities, progress, and any incidents
• Identifying potential problems and implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track
• Providing guidance and support to construction workers to enhance productivity and quality of work
• Collaborating with the project management team to ensure effective coordination and communication across all aspects of the project

What we're looking for

• Extensive experience as a Site Supervisor or Construction Supervisor, preferably in the construction industry
• Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and building regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, subcontractors, and construction workers
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing circumstances
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and other technical documents
• Proficient in the use of construction management software and digital tools
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to construction sites as required
