Job description

Responsibilities

• Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, trade contractors and office team.
• Manage site related matters including site work arrangement, leading of site workers, coordination with sub-con, execution of work in a safe manner, arranging necessary meetings and discussions to update and resolve site issues.
• Prepare paperwork including daily site reports, taking site progress pictures, checking and taking site measurements, checking claims quantities and materials quantities needed at site.
• Ensure company's machinery, tools and equipment are properly handled and well maintained.
• Minimize material wastage at site and monitor labor efficiency.
• Regular site inspections and meticulous attention to work termination and workmanship.
• Uphold site condition and good site management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 Year(s) of experience in site management and renovation work.
• Candidate must possess at least SPM or higher qualification.
• Good time management skill and able to meet deadlines.
• Possess technical knowledge and capability to solve technical and site issues.
• Salary package will commensurate with qualification and experience.
