Job Opportunity: Site Supervisor with Interior Background

We are seeking a Site Supervisor with an Interior design / Structure / M&E background to join our team. This role is essential for overseeing interior construction projects, ensuring that all work aligns with design specifications and quality standards. If you are a proactive leader with a passion for interior design and construction, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise daily work progress at the site, ensuring that all interior work adheres to project timelines and quality standards.
2. Ensure that all work meets aesthetic and functional requirements while complying with safety regulations.
3. Arrange and lead regular meetings/discussions with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure the execution of designs as agreed.
4. Collaborate closely with relevant parties (e.g., interior designers, contractors, clients, vendors) to ensure all interior work is executed according to the design specifications.
5. Assist superiors in planning and arranging interior projects, ensuring that design concepts are translated effectively on-site.
6. Report any discrepancies or potential delays in work to superiors, providing solutions to mitigate issues.
7. Monitor stock levels of materials and arrange for the delivery of furnishings and fixtures from the warehouse to the site as required.
8. Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors related to project management and execution.

Job Requirements:

• Must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Required languages: Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (Cantonese is an added advantage). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Possess own transport and be willing to travel.
• Fresh graduates in interior design or related fields are encouraged to apply.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in site supervision or interior construction will be advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, AUTO-CAD
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong team player with effective communication skills to engage with key stakeholders.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to multitask and learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Work location is based in Klang Valley, with a willingness to travel for outstation projects if required.
