Job Opportunity: Site Supervisor with Interior Background

We are seeking a Site Supervisor with an Interior design / Structure / M&E background to join our team. This role is essential for overseeing interior construction projects, ensuring that all work aligns with design specifications and quality standards. If you are a proactive leader with a passion for interior design and construction, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily work progress at the site, ensuring that all interior work adheres to project timelines and quality standards.
• Ensure that all work meets aesthetic and functional requirements while complying with safety regulations.
• Arrange and lead regular meetings/discussions with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure the execution of designs as agreed.
• Collaborate closely with relevant parties (e.g., interior designers, contractors, clients, vendors) to ensure all interior work is executed according to the design specifications.
• Assist superiors in planning and arranging interior projects, ensuring that design concepts are translated effectively on-site.
• Report any discrepancies or potential delays in work to superiors, providing solutions to mitigate issues.
• Monitor stock levels of materials and arrange for the delivery of furnishings and fixtures from the warehouse to the site as required.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors related to project management and execution.

Job Requirements:

• Must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Required languages: Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (Cantonese is an added advantage). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Possess own transport and be willing to travel.
• Fresh graduates in interior design or related fields are encouraged to apply.
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in site supervision or interior construction will be advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, AUTO-CAD
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong team player with effective communication skills to engage with key stakeholders.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to multitask and learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Work location is based in Klang Valley, with a willingness to travel for outstation projects if required.
