We’re seeking a motivated professional to oversee civil, structural, and architectural works on high-rise projects. If you’re passionate about construction and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!

What You'll Do:

• Supervise all phases of high-rise construction, including foundation, structural works, facade installation, and interior finishes.
• Ensure seamless coordination between civil, structural, and architectural elements.
• Oversee and manage workers, ensuring productivity, discipline, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to enforce quality control and adherence to construction standards.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget and schedule.
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and architects to resolve on-site challenges and technical issues.
• Maintain accurate site records, daily reports, and documentation for project tracking.
• Enforce compliance with local authority regulations, workplace safety guidelines, and company policies.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment usage, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
• Address any site-related issues, implement corrective actions, and ensure smooth workflow.

What You'll Need:

Education: Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields. A Bachelor’s degree is a bonus but not required.

Experience: 1–5 years in high-rise construction or architectural design. Hands-on experience with Construction High Rise & Site Supervision is an advantage.

Skills:

• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Proficient in design tools like AutoCAD and Revit.
