• SSS or SHO certification is required for site compliance.
• Strong understanding of site operations, construction drawings, and technical documents.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supervising day-to-day site operations and managing site workers and subcontractors.
• Ensuring all works are carried out according to project timeline and specifications.
• Resolving on-site issues and handling site emergencies efficiently.
• Conducting site inspections with consultants, main contractors, and subcons.
• Ensuring strict compliance with quality standards and site safety regulations.
• Maintaining daily site records, progress reports, and documentation.
• Preparing site measurements and assisting with progress claims and material requisitions.
• Attending toolbox meetings, coordination briefings, and liaising with stakeholders for smooth site execution.
  
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in site supervision — HVAC, M&E, or fire-rated ducting preferred.
• Diploma/Certificate in Construction, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• SSS or SHO certification is required for site compliance.

• Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites.
