Daily supervision of work progress at the site in accordance with the schedule and implementation of day-to-day activities.

Ensure work quality and safety regulations are complied with.

Attend all project site meetings and technical meetings with clients.

Arrange regular meetings/discussions with relevant parties (e.g., workers, contractors, clients, vendors) to ensure work progress meets the targeted timeline.

Collaborate with relevant parties to ensure all works are executed as agreed.

Assist superiors in planning and project arrangements.

Report to superiors, especially regarding any discrepancies or potential delays in work.

Monitor stock and arrange delivery from warehouse to site.

Perform monthly stock counts in the warehouse.

Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superiors.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in any field.

Required languages: Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia (Cantonese is an advantage). Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred for effective communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Own transport is required.

Fresh graduates in architecture and construction are welcome. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in related/construction fields is advantageous.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, AutoCAD, and PowerPoint.

Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Good team player with effective communication skills with key stakeholders.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Able to multitask and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Work location: Klang Valley; willing to travel outstation if required.
