This role requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills, alongside the ability to manage workflows effectively across project sites in Klang Valley/Selangor.

Job description

Supervise, coordinate, and monitor daily site activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within quality standards, and according to safety regulations.

Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams to resolve site issues and ensure smooth workflow.

Ensure all site operations and works are carried out in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and schedules.

Monitor the delivery and usage of materials and site resources.

Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and other documentation required by the project management team.

Ensure compliance with company safety policies and site safety requirements.

Attend site meetings and coordinate with related parties on project progress and issues.

Perform any other site-related duties assigned by the Project Manager or management.

Requirements:

Diploma/Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in construction supervision or site management.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and site coordination skills.

Able to read and understand construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.

Proficient in preparing site reports and handling site documentation.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Possess own transport and willing to travel to site locations.

Ability to adapt to long-term business trips (approximately three months at a time) as required by project sites.

Work location: Project sites within Klang Valley / Selangor.
