Job summary

A construction management firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Project Manager to oversee daily operations, manage profitability, and ensure timely project completion. You will coordinate with clients and stakeholders, enforce project quality standards, and resolve any disputes. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the construction industry and possess excellent project management skills.

Overview

To manage and oversee respective project operations daily and ensuring timely completion within budget while minimizing waste and risk.

To attend client/consultant/site meetings and to coordinate, consults and keep them update on key decision points.

Identify and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, attending meetings and providing regular updates.

To prepare and enforce the Project Quality Plan (PQP) while maintaining daily site reports, proper documentation and inspections.

To address any site discrepancies, resolve disputes, and identifying areas for improvement in project’s progress.

To issue or obtaining AI, EI, SI, CVI prior to the commencement of work.

To responsible for managing projects’ profitability and developing relationships with stakeholders.
