About the role

As a Site Supervisor at STRIVE FORCE EQUIPMENT & ENGINEERING SDN BHD', you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various construction activities at our project sites in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects by effectively managing our on-site team and resources.

What you'll be doing

Supervising and coordinating the work of construction teams, including subcontractors, to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards

Monitoring and reporting on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or bottlenecks

Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

Liaising with clients, architects, engineers and other stakeholders to address concerns and queries

Providing on-site leadership and mentoring to junior team members

Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to the project

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials and equipment

Excellent problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications and contracts

Proficient in project management software and tools

Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field

Knowledge of relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

Valid CIDB and OGSP (More preferable)
