About the role

As a Site Supervisor at Triple H Construction & Engineering Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction operations at our project sites in Johor Bahru, Johor. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring the successful and efficient delivery of construction projects, while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinate and supervise the day-to-day activities of construction crews and subcontractors on-site
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a safe work environment for all personnel
• Oversee the quality of work and adherence to project specifications and timelines
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and problem-solving
• Maintain detailed records and documentation related to project progress, issues, and resolutions
• Identify and address any risks or challenges that may arise during the construction process
• Provide training and guidance to construction workers to improve their skills and productivity

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar construction supervisory role
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, drawings, and specifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges on-site
• Familiarity with construction project management software and tools
• Relevant certifications or training in construction supervision, safety, or quality management
