Job Responsibility

Project Management

• Oversee day-to-day operations on the construction or project site.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
• Monitor the progress of work and report updates to project managers or stakeholders.

Team Supervision

• Supervise workers and subcontractors to ensure tasks are performed efficiently and safely.
• Assign duties and responsibilities to team members.
• Provide guidance and support to the workforce.

Safety Compliance

• Ensure that all site activities comply with safety standards and regulations.
• Conduct regular safety briefings and enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Investigate and report any accidents or incidents on-site.

Quality Assurance

• Inspect work completed to ensure it meets project specifications and quality standards.
• Identify and address any issues or defects during the construction process.
• Ensure the proper use of materials and resources.

Coordination and Communication

• Liaise with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate the delivery and use of materials and equipment on-site.
• Maintain clear and open communication between all parties involved in the project.

Documentation and Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, progress reports, and inventory usage.
• Prepare and submit reports related to site activities, issues, or delays.
• Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Problem-Solving

• Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
• Implement corrective actions to mitigate delays or unforeseen challenges.

Resource Management

• Manage and allocate resources such as materials, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure all resources are utilized efficiently to avoid wastage or shortages.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree graduated.
• Able to communicate and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Start work immediately.
• Willing to learn and responsible site monitoring.
• Able to drive the company car and ferry workers to site.
• Manage, supervise, and coordinate all project activities and resources related to the assigned project.
• Able to work independently, self-motivated, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• CIDB / Niosh Card.
• Driving License - D.
• Location: 58-A, Jalan Indah 1, Taman Bukit Indah, 81200 Johor Bahru, Johor Darul Ta'zim.
• Site: Johor Bahru.
• Project: High Rise Building Refurbishment (Facade Cleaning, waterproofing, sealant work, etc.).
