Job description

Job Responsibility

• Monitor and supervise construction or project sites to ensure smooth operations and compliance with safety and quality standards
• Coordinate and manage daily site activities, including workforce deployment and task execution
• Communicate effectively in Malay and English, both verbally and in writing
• Drive company vehicle to transport workers and materials to and from the project site
• Liaise with project managers, contractors, and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely progress of work
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of site activities and issues
• Take initiative to learn and adapt to project requirements and procedures
  
  

Job Requirements

• Available to start work immediately
• Willing to learn and responsible for site monitoring
• Able to drive company vehicle and ferry workers to site
• Manage, supervise, and coordinate all activities and resources related to the assigned project
• Minimum qualification: Diploma or Degree
• Able to work independently, self-motivated, with good communication and interpersonal skills
