Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

• Diploma/Postgraduate Diploma in Building/Construction, Civil/Construction, or related field with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in a related field.
• Excellent communication and motivation skills, including proficiency in written, verbal, and listening skills.
• Strong organizational and delegation abilities.
• Forward planning and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience in the construction industry is required.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site management, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any sub-contractors.
• Plan work and efficiently organize plant and site facilities to meet deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations for all equipment and procedures.
• Ensure materials used and work performed meet project specifications.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to schedule sub-contractors and order materials, managing and allocating workers.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, measurements, and progress reports.
• Control and monitor storage of materials and equipment.
• Report on-site progress to management, comparing planned vs. actual progress.
• Address issues and problems as they arise, providing support.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
