Job Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
2. Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors, providing clear instructions and guidance to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project specifications.
3. Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment and minimize the risk of accidents or injuries.
4. Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and implement corrective actions to keep the project on schedule and within budget.
5. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with building codes, regulations, and project plans.
6. Able to assist the Project Manager in all site matters.
7. Inspect architecture, civil, and electrical works according to site plans and drawings.
8. Coordinate site works independently.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Diploma in a related field is an advantage.
• At least 3 years of working experience.
• Must be able to travel to outstation on some occasions.
