• 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
• Expected salary: RM2,000 - RM2,500 per month

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, monitor, coordinate daily work progress at the project site and adhere to document control procedure.

• Ensure that all works executed are in accordance with the drawings, specifications, procedures & schedule.

• Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.

• Prepare and schedule orders and deliveries of building materials.

• Carry out inspection and tests to ensure that work done has met the quality requirements.

• Prepare and update daily report, verify progress report and attend site meetings.

• Liaise with contractors for defect rectification works during the Defect Liability Period. Report to GM/PM if any discrepancy is detected.

Requirement:

• At least SPM holder / Diploma / Degree in Civil or Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or its equivalent.

• At least 1 year of experience in supervision of M & E construction project.

• With Class D driving license.

• Male working environment.

• Fresh Graduates with enthusiasm are welcomed.
