SITE SUPERVISOR

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Site Supervisor to join our team at HARTANAH KINTA DEVELOPMENT SDN BHD. As a Site Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations and ensure the successful completion of construction projects in Perak. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits.

What you'll be doing

1. Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, including tradesmen, labourers, and subcontractors.
2. Monitor project progress, ensuring work aligns with plans, specifications, and safety standards.
3. Identify and resolve issues or challenges on-site.
4. Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and stakeholders for updates and concerns.
5. Maintain a well-organized, clean construction site adhering to health and safety regulations.
6. Perform quality control, ensuring defective works are rectified and contractors' claims are verified.
7. Liaise with consultants, contractors, authorities, surveyors, and conduct site meetings.
8. Assist in liaising with local authorities for submissions and approvals as required.
9. Maintain accurate project records and documentation.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
• Familiarity with reading and interpreting construction plans and drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Effective communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to various construction sites.
• Own transportation.
• Yellow Book Holder or Site Safety Qualification.
