SITE SUPERVISOR

Job Description:-* Plan resources for all site works to supervise, co-ordinate and monitor to ensure all works carry outare according to program schedule and achieve required standard.* Ensuring works are carried out in accordance with construction drawings and contract specifications.* Consistency in checking of drawings, specifications and highlight discrepancies.* Record daily site activities including material deliveries and workforce by trades.* Daily inspection of works carried out by subcontractors.* Minimize and control wastages.* Liaison with local authority, tendering, implement project, cost control, material control, quality control and documentation.Job requirement:-* Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil), Building Construction or equivalent* Knowledge of construction safety regulations and the ability to enforce and promote a safe working environment.* Possess own transport.
